HPR 429 LS3 Short block
Starting with GM's potent LS3 engine block, we have designed this short block with for those wanting more displacement without sleeving their blocks. Moving to the 4.125 stroke crankshaft combined with our custom lightweight pistons these short blocks make a great street or track weapon all motor. ARP main studs are installed before checking main bearing housing sizes, then correctly machined. Piston bores are torque plate honed to size and to our exacting finish standards. Forged 8cw Callies Compstar crankshafts are available in either std post or LS7 style. Forged H beam connecting rods with ARP rod bolts standard. HPR spec forged 2618 alloy pistons with Total Seal ring package
